[hpsdr] Novice Linux Question

I have put off learning Linux too long. (old CPM programmer hr so there no excuse to learn it) I am going to install Ubutuo this week and start playing, is there a Linux version of PwrSdr? Just curious. Goal is to HPSDR hardware into a case with Atom processor CPU for a single box rig.
