[hpsdr] HPSDR / Transverters

I have been using Peny/Ozy/Mercury interfaced to my 432 tranverter for EME  
use at 28 MHz IF.
I recently tried to use the XVTRs setup just to display the proper  
frequency, but I am not able to
get Peny to drive the transverter. Is anyone else using the XVTRs interface  
successfully? I seem
to receive fine, but no transmit. All works fine when using 10  meters.
