[hpsdr] BARTG Sprint and HPSDR

I ran the BARTG RTTY Sprint contest with Mercury, Pentalop, Ozy and an 
external amp. PowerSDR was integrated with VAC, com0com, Writelog and 
MMTTY.  Everything went smoothly.   The performance of Mercury/Pentalop 
left little to be desired in the hardware end. Great RX filters. Clean 
TX signal.  No trace of self interference.  I did miss a couple of the 
PSDR operational enhancements that are included in the most recent FLEX 
versions or PSDR.

A big hand to all of the developers!!!!
