[hpsdr] Dead Ozy

Well I think I killed dear Ozy. Everything has been fine for weeks. I unplugged boards and cables to mount in case and when I powered back up I get "Error starting HPSDR software. Is it powered up?"
The lights on Mercury look correct, only light on Ozy is D12 I could not find D0 mentioned in Wiki.
Any ideas what to check next?
