[hpsdr] sleep.exe .NET Framework Initialization Error

Mac:

I suspect that you may need to go load .NET framework V2.0 SP1
If you look in your Start->Control Panel->Add or Remove Software,
does it say SP1 after the .NET framework V2.0 ???
