[hpsdr] FS: HPSDR boards (assembled)

Due to employment change, my available bench time has changed.

I will be selling my HPSDR boards in the near future,
all of these boards are TAPR assembled and functional, except the ATLAS, 
which I
assembled from the TAPR a couple of years ago.
