[hpsdr] Please remove page protection

I would like to work on improving the main page and the community portal
page.....

I think I have demonstrated:

1. positive intent and action in my editing, see:

2. positive intent and communication in my comments: see

3. that any logged in user can revert a mistake or 'vandalism', see:

Please remove the protection so I can proceed.
