[hpsdr] CW Skimmer and Mercury

Thanks Alex for your very rapid reply, I guess I should have been able 
to work that out for myself.  It's done the trick and is now working in 
Mercury mode.  Another smashing piece of software.

Also thank you to Rihob for your advice, it's a steep but pleasurable 
learning curve.

This is a very effective mailing list/forum, I post a question, come 
back half an hour later and the answer is there together with some 
advice.  Thank you all.
