[hpsdr] Updating ROM Code

I started the steps to update the ROMs and PowerSDR  to the latest version.
I updated svn.../USBBlaster-Binaries, but I can find no README.txt file to
get the operating instructions from.  What have I missed?

 

I think we should have a overview "Update for Dummies", which I am qualified
to write and willing to do, but I don't want to reinvent the wheel if one
already exists.
