[hpsdr] Hermes integration with other HPSDR projects?

For sure wasn't suggesting a Atlas header on Hermes.  

As for whether Pandora has any merit as far as a housing for 
Hermes/Alex/Pwr supply/PA, I'll let others discuss if they want to.  Just  
throwing an idea out there.
