[hpsdr] CW Skimmer and Mercury.

I've noticed that since doing the firmware/software upgrade yesterday CW 
Skimmer no longer works.  I have copied across the two files and renamed 
them as before but no joy, CW Skimmer tells me that a USB bulk read has 
failed.  I've played around with settings but no joy, if I configure CW 
Skimmer in its 3 kHz mode it works just fine.  Is this a glitch, or is 
it me.
