Pandora has 6 standoffs for Atlas built in; all you need are #4 mounting 
screws.

The fan is 92mm.  I haven't had a chance to test mount it in the 
production case yet to verify, but it looks like Digi-Key part number 
P11043-ND will be a good choice, and is reasonably priced at $8.75.

Also, Pandora has provision for mounting feet.  Digi-Key "bumper" part 
number 728K-ND works well -- you need 4 at less that a buck each.  They 
mount with a #6 screw.  You can also use adhesive feet, but I think the 
screwed-in ones will be better for the long run.
