[hpsdr] Atlas connecter assignments

I am putting together a SDR system.  I have the following cards:

Mercury, Penelope, Magister, Excalibur, Pennywhistle, Atlas and LPU power supply

For those cards that plug into Atlas, which slots should used for each card?  Is card slot selection important?

Looking forward to  some guidance.
