[hpsdr] An interesting RF sig gen 137Mhz to 4.4Ghz

Hi All,

I came across this the other day and thought others may be interested.

The board is a bit ex. for whats involved but the AD chip is
interesting. 3 wire control etc.

The chip looks as if it could be driven from a 10Mhz GPS.
