I got the latest Crossover Office www.codeweavers.com, announced today -
install-crossover-12.0.0.bin. The 12.0.0-rc versions failed to install
some of .NET 3.5.1 SP1 pre-reqs
I was able to install .NET 3.5.1 SP1 and its pre-req'd earlier versions.
Downloaded PowerSDR_v2.2.5.0_(W5WC)_Setup.msi, the install called for
.NET 4.0 (FULL OR CLIENT).
Installed .NET 4.0.
PowerSDR installed successfully.
When PowerSDR fired up it got stuck on "initializing portaudio" for
around 20 minutes before I killed it.
It may be because I am running pulseaudio by default or with skype
running or I need to configure Crossover Office sound for alsa or
pulseaudio if that's possible.
I didn't go any further with it or tried it on Ubuntu.
Just a heads up as to how far I got with it on openSUSE 12.3 Milestone 1
x86_64.
73 ... Sid.
