Hi Phil,
Hermes v.2.1 works fine. Many thanks to you, Joe, Doug and all the busy developers.

Betreff: [hpsdr] New Hermes and Metis code available
All,
There are new versions of Metis (V2.3) and Hermes (V2.1) available on the openHPSDR.org \Downloads page.
For Hermes this increases the number of receivers from four to five when using Hermann’s cuSDR software. There is also a new feature relating to Transverter use which will be explained once the associated PC code is ready.
For both Hermes and Metis you can now set/remove a fixed IP address without needing to place a jumper on the board in order to put it into Bootloader mode. Use HPSDRProgrammer in Bootloader mode to set/remove the IP address as before but ignore the need to place a jumper first.
There will be a new version of HPSDR Programmer available shortly that will include this feature. In fact we are going to split HPSDRProgrammer into two programs – one for setting an IP address and updating code and the other a ‘Recovery’ mode that will provide the current Bootloader functions.
My thanks to Joe, K5SO, for his work on the FPGA code and the Beta testers for their patience whilst we tracked down a rather elusive bug in the IP code.
Best wishes to all for a happy and prosperous New Year – from a SDR perspective it looks like we are in for a lot of fun!
73 Phil...VK6APH
