[hpsdr] ATLAS #3 built

I just finished assembly of the 3rd ATLAS pcb. I'd almost forgotten how
much fun hand soldering was until I finished soldering all 576 pins of
the six  96 pin connectors :)  The thermal reliefs that Phil provided
for connection to the planes work like a charm. Absolutely no soldering
issues with my little 37 watt Weller iron.

Once ATLAS goes into 'production' mode are there any plans to provide
built units or will everyone get to enjoy soldering in all the
connectors ??


Next step is to run VNA scans on all then buss lines to ascertain that
there aren't any opens or other gross problems. Then I plan on doing a
few TDR tests to see if the X and Y buss impedances look anything close
to our earlier field solver predictions and to characterize crosstalk.
I'll capture a few VNA and TDR plots for posterity.
