[hpsdr] vCOM Virtual Serial Driver - New Installer and Configurator

Phil,

You're sure this isn't an April Fool's Joke? No doubt I'm the fool, but
shouldn't the virtual COM ports I set up in vCOM show up as selectable
ports on the CAT Control Port dropdown list? All I ever see in the
dropdown list are a fixed set of four ports all below 8. What am I
missing? Thanks.

Hi all,

As a late Christmas present (or early April Fool's Joke?) I have
uploaded a new version of the vCOM virtual serial port driver to my
website.  It now includes an installer and configurator program.

No longer will you have to manually edit the inf file!  The graphical
configurator allows you to create/delete virtual com port pairs on the
fly *without* having to reboot.

The installer is an executable which will handle everything for you. 
You do not have to select which folder the vCOM.sys file is in, and
you will not have to run the batch files.  The installer takes care of
all of that.  After the installer successfully runs you can configure
your virtual com ports by running the configurator.
