[hpsdr] Names of various projects...

May I respectfully suggest that we name the project

                Gerald

in honor of the creator of the present paradigm shift.

Sub projects can be numbered  Gerald-1 or a hyphenated Gerald-Janus.

This way we all know what it refers to and its parentage.
