[hpsdr] [ATLAS] Tantals

Guys,
I've updated my Mouser BOM to change to 16V tantalum capacitors in "A"
cases rather than "C" cases. The "A" cases are smaller by a factor two
in length and width - 3216 vs. 6032 - and about 2/3 the height. I
haven't found anything in "T" cases yet, which would be lower height
still. The smaller voltage headroom makes me a little nervous, but 25V
caps seem to need the larger packages.

Hi, group
I just checked the ATLAS board. The pads give 5 mm (.2") max. width. So
we can use from 2012, 3016 or 3528. 2012 is not available here. 3016 and
3528 are both only in 16V. So the ideal would be 3016. Gives some room
for soldering.
I have already updated my german bom file:

Never did a check on the parts dimensions. I also got a bunch of C6032
tantals here which might be usuable very well in another project because
they are 35Volt types.
