[hpsdr] Atlas Construction Notes

Hi group,

thanks to Chris and with hands not too shaky it should be possible to put the board 
together without any major problems.
Anyway I did a little brush-up on the notes because I like pictures.
The result is stored here:

If there are no objections within the next few days I will put the file in the HAMSDR 
ATLAS folder.
