[hpsdr] Mini Circuit order ending.

After 7:00AM Zulu time no further orders will be taken, and that is final. 
This has been an incredibly popular buy, but it's getting way too big. Right 
now we are over $1300 for the buy.

Later after 15:00 Zulu I will send an email with final details to clean up 
some loose ends.

Right now not a dime has shown up from PayPal, so I will have to wait for that 
before making the order, To speed it up every time the PayPal account would 
build up to past $100 I would ask PayPal to send me the money, rather than 
waiting till the end. I'm hoping tomorrow the money will start showing up.

It's been exciting to say the least, right now it is 9:45PM locally and the 
temperature inside my house is 98 degrees Farenheit, my air conditioner has 
been broken for three days, hopefully tomorrow the new one will be installed.
