[hpsdr] roofing filters

I have found the dynamic range inside the roofing filter bandpass is dominated by the receiver gain distribution. Minimum gain between the roofing filter and the IF bandpass filter / second mixer gives the best close in dynamic range. I think this is where the SDR will shine. Many times the second mixer falls apart first because there needs to be gain ahead of it to maintain mds. 
  Now you smart guys can eliminate the roofing filter.  frank
