[hpsdr] Further thoughts on the Phoenix RX/TX architecture

Let me add that we can, and should, hang prototypes of these proposed
mixers onto the Janus as proof of concept and that can be our "good" and
that will be very inexpensive. The ultimate performer will be a closely
coupled system based on all we learn on oscillators, A/D's, mixers,
front ends, etc. and that would be our "excellent" if I were "king".

Man, that is 4 cents!
