[hpsdr] Cyclone II with Nios core for SDR - Correction

Hi Eric,
Interesting but no Nios port. There are a few commercial RTOSs for Nios
on the web. The cheapest looks to be
http://www.microtronix.com/product_linux_dev.html
but I've got a lot more to learn about FPGA development before I make
such a purchase. Since I have a software background, I naturally
gravitate towards the RTOS approach. Maybe once I've got a handle on
FPGA development it'll seem more natural to control the flow in silicon.
