[hpsdr] OZY Test verilog

Hi all,

I have posted a simple Quartus II project to HPSDR SVN under
\trunk\N8VB\OZY_V1\ozy_test\Blinkity\

It is also at

<http://www.philcovington.com/HPSDR/OZY/OZY_TEST/> as a zip file.

It just flashes LEDS 1, 3-9.  I am running the OZY board USB powered.
Current draw is about 40-45 mA.  Program loaded though JTAG... haven't
tried passive serial or downloading to the configuration device yet.

Next is to get FPGA download via USB working...
