[hpsdr] [BoM] EU Parts for HPSDR projects

Hi all EU HPSDR builders,

some promising news. A couple of days back I had approached my favorite parts supplier 
SEGOR electronics and introduced our project to them with the question if they would be 
willing to try to stock the HPSDR parts for the EU.

Today I had a long telecon with them where they expressed their true interest in this 
project and would be willing to do the parts supply. They were not sure yet if all parts 
will be available but are willing to do their best to source them.

The next step will be to finish the exact Janus and Ozy bom and I will send this to them.
They said that approx. end of August they could say more about the availability.
