[hpsdr] OZY Alpha Prototype Status

Hi all,

I've been working on getting the firmware together for the OZY's FX2
USB microcontroller.  I am using the USRP firmware as a base since it
is proven and freely available (Thanks to Eric B. and Matt E. :-) ).
I should have something working in the next few days.  We will be able
to use LibUSB on both Windows and Linux to download the firmware to
the FX2 and the FPGA code.  There is also I2C and SPI code that is
easily adapted to the OZY.
