[hpsdr] quad op amps

Danger Will Robenson...... A quad op amp will cross talk across the substrate if one sees a good transient. We did a high speed multi channel A/D. When we ran bite we found the cross talk when the transition between positive and negative rails.We couldn't slow it down so we changed to single amps. gfz
  insulating a house at over 90 degrees isn't as much fun as playing radio.....
