[hpsdr] GIBRALTAR LO generation question

Umm, so where does the LO come from for CASMIR and HORTON?
I thought we were going to do the centralized uWave LO in order to support N4HY's phasing request?

Going back to the LO discussion we had at the end of June, is this what Phil C. was thinking of?

Hello Rick!

Please consider providing a 10 MHz signal (through a CPLD or FPGA or
???) to the Atlas backplane. It can be used as a frequency reference
for applications that are less sensitive to jitter, such as syncing up
the clocks on the ADCs, DACs and CODECs on Janus.
