[hpsdr] Logo consideration

Cool logo. Simple, easy to reproduce, easy to recognize, would look good blown up to poster size at DCC and next Dayton at the TAPR table. Plus looks good screen printed on cases.

Has roughly the same ratio as the TAPR logo.
