[hpsdr] Logo consideration

Here's another pass at the HPSDR Logo with a "little" analog tossed in to the design.

Same logo but with HP~SDR at the bottom.  I think it makes the "HP" stand out from the "SDR". I think "HPSDR" gets a little too busy.

Again, it's simple, easy to reproduce on PCB, small graphic file size, easy to read
and figure out.
