[hpsdr] Reminder - DCC Papers due by July 31, 2006

Hi Alex,

You don't have to be present to submit a paper.

I would suggest several small papers to one big one.  This makes it much
more managable for everyone.  Each contributor can write about the thing
they worked on.

Lessons learned are very valuable!  If something was researched (for
example, the cook off between the ADCs/Codecs or the noise measurements of
the picoPSU60.  Tell the story!  How did we get there?  What were the
choices?  What are the trade offs?  Where are we going?

Much of all this is in the archieves of this list (HPSDR) and the old
Xlyo-SDR list.  If it can be put into a paper describing the "journey" that
would be most valuable.
