[hpsdr] Gibraltar fanning out clock and 1pps to HORTON/CASMIR/MERCURY/..

Both your work at OSU and work that Achim and I hope to be doing for 
AMSAT-DL at Bochum is critically dependent on this.   It has been 
supplied to me commercially for work applications by Rick Hambly, W2GPS, 
who is doing the Gibraltar work.   Based on an approach developed by 
K3IO for VLBI,  we can also generate signals to help define a 
parameterized version of the impulse response of the system and 
automatically back that out in those systems that need it, including the 
time of flight from the injection point all the way through the A/D.  
This is extremely useful for astronomy, phased arrays, .....
