[hpsdr] Type of kits forthcoming?...

Since I quite like assembling kits, my personal preference would be for
something like the RefLock II - the 0.5mm pitch ICs pre-mounted and the
rest left for me to do. The Cyclone II on the Ozy defeated me with its
floppy pins; the heat gun approach may work, but I was too chicken by
then to try it. I managed the Max II and FX2, but I'll grant that they
take a sharp eye.

I would guess that my option doesn't make much economic sense since it
probably isn't much extra cost to have a manufacturer mount all the SMDs
once it's mounting some of them. It's just that then there isn't much
left to do for the builder.

Eric, et al,

Was a decision ever reached on how the kits (e.g. Janus & Ozy) will be
offered in terms of:

a) board and components (full kit) or
b) board and chips mounted + remaining components (partial kit) or
c) all components pre mounted (assembled board)

Just curious, with my Atlas sitting expectantly on the workbench, ready
to go.
