[hpsdr] Atlas - Second Light

I've uploaded three pix of my Atlas, this time with the picoPSU-60-WI
ATX supply in place.

If you look veerrrry carefully, you will see that the tiny bit of
visible ATX connector of the picoPSU is red in these pictures; the
pic0PSU-120 is yellow.

 

The picoPSU-60-WI is being fed by a Zurich Model DPS-123C, 13.8V 3A
regulated power supply. I also have available an Astron SS-30M for
beefier tests.
