[hpsdr] AK5943A samples

[This is mostly to keep Eric from having to resurrect his ping on the
mailing list.]

 

I actually heard back from my local AKM rep and she says she will send
me a couple of samples of the ADC chip. I seem to recall somebody else
reporting shaking a few loose. Maybe with RoHS in place practically, the
chip will be more available.
