[hpsdr] HPSDR Block Diagram

Here's a block diagram (PDF) of what I think we've been talking about for LO distribution and card functionality for the HPSDR.

We really need to reach some consensus on an overview diagram or it's going to be really dificult to make sure that everything will work together.

Questions like - Will the LOs coming from GIBRALTAR be differential or single-ended?

That's my 2 cents as a Systems Engineer.
