[hpsdr] JANUS BoM

Lyle or Phil_H,

Is there an error in the DigiKey part number for this in the BoM? The
BoM has 546-1146-ND, but Digikey doesn't believe it. The part I
described below goes by the DigiKey part number 544-1146-ND. Is this the
part that is meant? Thanks.

Just so I can nail down the MAX II chip, you're using the Altera MAX II
EPM240T100C5, i.e., the EPM240 chip in the 100 pin TQFP case with the
3.3V core. Am I correct in assuming that we are not pressed so hard for
speed that the 7.6ns Delay Time part (the final '5' in the part number)
is inadequate? Thanks.
