[hpsdr] Atlas Offering - Details of order, payment and shipping.

Dear Eric,
I think I speak on behalf of all members of this very fine project when 
I express my thanks to you. With ATLAS you kicked of, what appears to me 
like a great project taking off, leading us to the next step in SDR and 
amateur radio projects in general.

Looking forward to getting ATLAS into my hand and giving him his 
shoulders :)
