[hpsdr] Digikey costed out BOM (qty 100 and 1000) for Janus (preliminary)

Re ran this exercise for sufficient parts to build 100 and 1000  Jani.  The 
parts cost comes down to $51.69 for 100 and $48.05 for 1000.  Still need to 
add about $25 to cover the AK5394 and the other parts not in the BOM 
yet.   Does not appear there'd be much benefit in going for lots greater 
than 100 from this exercise.

Looks like getting coordinated on this would have some economic 
benefits  Suspect some kitting volunteers will be in order once we get the 
alpha boards proved out and the BOM finalized.
