I note that the NE5534ADR, DigiKey part #296-16943-1-ND is a non-stock
item. Likewise for Mouser part # 595-NE5534ADR, and their minimum order
is 2500.

Note that there are much cheaper op amps than the Linear Technology 
LT1128 initially specified for the design. ... The substitute I hope to
test 
is TI's NE5534ADR (Digikey 296-16943-1-ND).
