[hpsdr] UR3IQO QEX article on Fractional-N design

Ken,
I'm specifically looking for Oleg's article. I've heard some good comments on the article and I want to read it.

I'm familiar with Andrew's website (Andrew does have a link to Oleg's nonexistant website).
Moe just has a note of thanks to Oleg for some coding help. There is a link on I0SKK's website to Oleg's article, plus there are quite a few links from numerous CDG2000-related websites to Oleg's site.

I've already searched Google's cache and www.archive.org to reconstruct as much of Oleg's website as I could. I've looked in Yahoo, Ask.com, Dogpile.com, MSN Search, and just about every other search engine or internet archiver I could think of to find the article.

That's why I put a call out to the list for the actual article.

I'd settle for a valid & working e-mail address for Oleg so I could ask him for the article.
