[hpsdr] Warning on Atlas! NO HIGH TEMP WORK!

Phil/Folks!

Well I guess we beat this one to death! Obviously the jury is still out, on
the techniques for RoHS methods.

But this is a good idea. If anyone is planning to use an reflow method for
mounting the the SMT, please let us know how it works out.

When I get my Atlas boards, I think, at this point, I am going to trust my
manual soldering skills, rather than a toaster oven, hairdryer, or hotplate.


I AM aware that many of you have the required equipment to manage this, and
have done it before.

The way most companies handle this is to do a short run and see what happens
before scrapping a bunch of inventory.

Consider the first few boards as Alpha.  If the glue holding the IC pads
deteriorates and the pads delaminate we will know the solution for THAT
problem.
