[hpsdr] HPSDR overall block diagram

I've posted a high level block diagram of the HPSDR boards currently under development at www.hamsdr.com in the HPSDR directory.  Hopefully this will assist those trying to follow what the individual boards do and where we are heading. 

The diagram is available in both jpg  and Visio 2000 format. 

Feedback, comments and corrections welcome.
