[hpsdr] New Board Name Proposal

The next natural progression is using what we learn from the JANUS's
AK5394A and integrating the ADC with a QSD on a board for a version of
the HPSDR RX board.  I propose we call this board "HORTON".

Horton is able to hear the Whos due to his extraordinary hearing...
