Lyle,

Naturally we should use balanced buffers as suggested in the data
sheet(2005/05) Figure10. page 20. My selection for the buffer is
OPA4227 that is unity gain stable and has noise density 3 nV/sqrtHz.

I have been planning to rip off INA163 from the TRX board  and use
OPA4227 instead with low gain. We have to remember that QSD can handle
maximum 4 Vpp and AK5394A can stand 2.44 Vpp.

The local Asahi Kasai dealer in Finland can deliver samples, so I
assume that samples are available in the USA, too.
