[hpsdr] New Board Name Proposal

It would be nice if we also integrated a synthesizer to tune HF to feed 
the QSD on the same board.

And I *don't* mean a DDS, I mean a synthesizer.  Let's get away from the 
unavoidable DDS spurs. It *is* possible to make a good, low-noise, fast 
switching synthesizer.

Then we just need some bandpass filters and and a strong preamp and 
we've got a receiver.
