I've never dealt with a bus system but what I wanted an extender card to 
let me probe on the one that wasn't working.  Troubleshooting an HP 
8640B Signal Generator comes to mind.

So, I went ahead and designed one for the HPSDR.

Since no one objected to my whimsical name of Pinocchio for this 
extender, I went ahead with the name as well. It was a tough job, but I 
managed to put it on a double-sided board...

Pinocchio is now available for public review and comment.
