[hpsdr] Some thoughts on plug-in board layout

Hello Steve!

I am working on Janus now, in the new, improved 100mm x 120mm size.

With the board datum (X = 0.00, Y = 0.00) located at the lower left 
corner of the board in the "connector area", the 96-pin DIN connector's 
pin A1 is located at X = 3.925", Y = 0.210".

As near as I could place it, this lines up with Phil's dimensions.

If it doesn't, we'll have to modify Phil's drawing ;-)  I'm getting 
pretty tired of re-laying the PC board!
